Op steenworpafstand van deze gastvrije cottage in Truro vind je tal van leuke activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden. Naar Cornwall National Landscape is het maar een klein stukje lopen, dus u kunt uw auto gerust achterlaten bij de accommodatie, waar u beschikt over oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto's. Gaat u liever wel met de auto op pad, dan kunt u in slechts 8 minuten naar Pendower Beach rijden. Laat de boel de boel en ontspan met een drankje in de tuin of op de veranda of het terras van uw cottage van 947 m2. Voor wat afwisseling van de buitenlucht kun je je binnen vermaken met voorzieningen als wifi en televisie. Bereid uw eigen gerechten in de keuken, die is voorzien van een oven, een koelkast, een vaatwasser en benodigdheden als een magnetron, kookgerei en een broodrooster. Enkele van de voorzieningen in de badkamer zijn een haardroger en handdoeken. En dankzij de aanwezige wasmachine en droger, hoeft u weinig kleding mee te nemen. Andere voorzieningen zijn onder meer beddengoed, een strijkplank, verwarming en een eettafel. Je vindt deze cottage in Truro. Heb je zin in een activiteit, neem dan een kijkje bij Killiow Golf Club en St Austell Brewery. Voor attracties in de omgeving kun je bij Poppy Cottage Garden en Trelissick Gardens terecht. Everything was as we expected. Parking was easy to find. The upside down house was lovely for admiring the gardens and countryside. It was warm and everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The area wss very nice and not too far from accessible roads leading north and south. Close to the coast and not far from Truro. Lots of very nice cafes and restaurants nearby. No cooking needed for the trip.

Very comfortable cottage with all the necessary amenities. Good location for exploring. You can hike to the coast path without using the car. Rachel, who helps out the hosts at the property was great...very friendly and attentive.

Lovely cottage with beautiful view over the countryside and the owners superb garden. Very relaxing and so quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped, and much thought had been put into providing cooking staples such as oils,vinegar,stock cubes for example. Bed was super comfy. An excellent holiday home.

Stunning upside down converted stone barn. Big bright windows to all sides with amazing views across the gorgeous Manor House gardens and beyond.Kept very private with a pretty courtyard to sit out. All facilities, and very clean. Hosts were very welcoming and happy to see you in wandering in the gardens. Great walks to beach, National Trust parking available in some areas; there is much to do in this very unspoilt area. Can’t wait to go back.

The cottage is cosy, clean and comfortable. It's in a beautiful, peaceful rural location with reasonably quick access to local facilities. It had a couple of minor quirky issues (an occasionally noisy boiler in the upstairs lounge, a bedside lamp that's too dim to read by ....), but overall it was very nice and good value for money compared to other nearby options that were available. It was also ideal for me for accessing coast path walking.
