Cozy studio apartment with air conditioning, a private deck, and easy access to Brighton's outdoor activities. Ik heb een groot studio-appartement op de 2e verdieping. Dit appartement is gescheiden van het hoofdgebouw en heeft een eigen omheinde tuin. Er is een 22x12 dek met een gasgrill. Mijn eigendom staat op wat er over is van een grote boerderij en ligt op 1,6 km van het centrum van Brighton. De studio is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Er is een eenvoudige keuken met koelkast, magnetron en koffiepot. Dit is een eenvoudige plek met mooie accommodaties. (Ik zal in het voorjaar een nieuw hek plaatsen samen met enkele andere verbeteringen.) Mount Brighton Skiën is 1 mijl en het recreatiegebied van de staat Brighton is 1 mijl. De stad Brighton ligt op loopafstand te ongeveer 1 mijl. Er is een borg van $ 50 en als er geen schade is, wordt deze terugbetaald! Dit appartement is de 2e verdieping met veel privacy. Er is een school aan de overkant met een speeltuin. De plaats heeft een rustieke uitstraling maar is niet een soort plek om een feestje enz te hebben! Bezoekers zijn ok zolang je de woning respecteert. dit appartement is in een landelijke omgeving in Brighton te vinden. Een aantal lokale bezienswaardigheden om te bezoeken zijn Michigan War Dog Memorial en Parshallville Cider Mill. Heb je bovendien zin om het natuurschoon in de omgeving te bewonderen? Neem dan een kijkje bij Brighton State Recreation Area en Island Lake State Recreation Area. Geniet van de faciliteiten in de omgeving, zoals snowboardervaringen en skigebieden, en ga ook zeker een keer sneeuwscooteren.

We were in for a graduation. The space is as described and pictured. It was in the upper 80's the entire time we were there and the AC plus the fan kept it cool in there (for those of us from south Texas). I was particularly impressed with the mattress and pillows. They were very comfortable and not like normal Vrbo's where the pillows go flat middle of the night. Would definitely stay again. The host gave good specific instructions before we arrived that was appreciated. Only thing is that if you have mobility issues, there is a large staircase to get into the spot. Highly recommend.

Property was as listed online. Good for short stays. We stayed 4 nights. There are limited towels, etc and with no washer and dryer in the unit. We had to be conservative and reuse towels (not something we prefer). No a/c in the unit, but the small wall heater worked great.

The host had excellent communication and quickly replied to any questions i had. The apartment was very clean and cozy whoch sas important since it was so cold outside. The location was excellent just 5 minutes from downtown Brighton and grocery stores and restaurants. I woukd highly recommend this apartment and owner

Absolutely perfect please to stay for what we needed. Only downside was the water does have a weird smell but we had bottled water and he did provide a water pitcher for use in the mini fridge. Thank you for letting usbuse your space.
