City tax is not included and will be charged extra 2.50 CHF per person per night. We will pre-authorize your credit card before arrival according to the cancellation policy. Authorization means that we ask the credit card company to block an amount on your credit card (normally equal to the cancellation fee). This amount is normally valid for a few weeks, thereafter it is automatically released back into your account (depending on the credit card company and the country). We have no control over the release process. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if we do not get authorization on the given credit card.

De locatie is leuk, de kamer is smaakvol, met een grappig uitzicht uit het raam, de badkamer is prettig. Er was niet iets negatief.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was large - it was simple and a bit dusty but it was fine. The room was not very well insulated and was near the elevator so we heard a lot of conversations as people went to their rooms, plus the alarms going off in other rooms. Excellent location

Nice hotel in good location close to main train station. Walkable area, quiet. Breakfast was very good. Room was decent size and comfortable beds. Bathroom is a little dated but functional.
