The staff members there were fine, but there simply are not enough people on the staff. I stood in line for 25 minutes just to check in, and the restaurant had switched to take out only because of staffing issues. Also, for the price I paid (almost $200 with taxes), I expected a nicer room. The room was very dated and looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years.

I have no complaints about the property, the facility was nice and the staff was helpful. I only stayed for one night but would stay at this facility next time I have a layover in Charlotte.
