Shuttle service ended at 12am with no assistance. The front door was locked. The room was extremely run down. The ac sounded like it was a lawn mower.

Daughter’s flight was canceled due to a blizzard in Michigan. They would not let her check in because she is under 21. I understand that they have policies, but an 18-year-old traveling alone should be given an exception. When I called to request a refund the employee was so extremely rude for no reason.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. They provide free shuttle service to airport and will also drop you off and pick you up from nearby restaurants.
