Personeel is super service gericht. Locatie is perfect. Parkeer mogelijkheid goed. Alleen de kussens waren zo licht en niet vol, slapen was moeilijk. Anders een 9 en uitstekend.

Handy location and good parking. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the mountains and lake, ideal to relax at end of day. Quick check in and quick to bring additional pillows when requested. Breakfast was adequate but unless you turn up at 7.30 when it starts, a lot of items go and not replaced. First morning we were a bit later (8.45am) and lot gone and had to hang around and wait for milk while a staff member prioritised wiping tables. I also hate having to be told where to sit, each morning placed in the busiest footpath of the room while others got window seats repeatedly. Didnt appreciate being disturbed by cleaner on first morning just shortly after returning after breakfast. Had to leave the room and leave her to it, reminded me of how b&bs used to operate years ago. Bathroom was spotlessly clean, room spacious but dimly lit. Beds for us were not comfortable as two pillows needed and yet still went very flat but thats probably down to personal preference.

This hotel was very nice. The room was adequate for the two nights that we spent there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only negative thing was that the rooms were not air conditioned and it was very hot there. The doors/windows needed to stay open to let in some air and the road that the hotel is on is pretty busy. So if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the road might bother you. The beds also were very firm which we also are not used to. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly

Quarto bom , sem ar condicionado , (mas isso ocorreu em todos os hotéis que fui na Suiça), otimo café da manhã e excelente restaurante. Das 5 noites que ficamos , 3 noites jantamos lá.

Rymligt rum med fin utsikt från balkong mot Brienzsjön. Halvpension var prisvärt med bra frukost och utmärkt 4-rätters middag. En positiv överraskning var också att det gick att ladda bilen på hotellet. På minussidan tycker vi att man, i likhet med de flesta andra restauranger, kunde bjuda på kranvatten till middagen men här tog man 8.50 CHF för en flaska.
