Ik verblijf veel in hotels, kom nog wel eens kort voor inchecktijd aan wat nooit eerder een probleem was, kunnen n altijd kosteloos eeder inchecken, hier was ik 3 kwartier te vroeg en moest ik 10 pond betalen om eerder naar mijn kamer te kunnen, bagage opslaan was de andere optie, kost ook 5 pond, hun goed recht maar weinig klantvriendelijk!

These rooms are truly tiny. Like if you’re traveling with any substantial luggage good luck. The air conditioning has an annoying eco setting where it turns on every hour or so. This is particularly frustrating when some rooms don’t have windows and those that do, don’t even open. There is only one elevator that was out of service when we were checking out. For a cheap stay, if you are intending on being out of the room all day it gets the job done. When i stayed it was still quite pricey so I’m pretty unsatisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful though

Among the worst hotels I've had the misfortune of staying in. On the positive side the hotel staff were nice and helpful, the checkin/out process was easy, and it is well-located. But the room was dirty, had no windows, was tiny to the point of being uninhabitable by a normal-sized adult, or teenager. All in all, it felt like a punishment location that would be typically used to interrogate suspects.

I honestly never leave reviews like this… The room was without complimentary tea/coffee and no surface to put bags onto meaning you just had to put them onto the bed or leave them on the floor having wheeled them through the streets of Liverpool. There was no space under the bed and no storage at all except two hangers fixed directly to the wall. The room looked clean but I had white socks on which very quickly became covered in someone else’s hair, so I assume it hadn’t been thoroughly swept/vacuumed. Bathroom was spotless. The lift didn’t work and I was on the fifth floor. This was a nightmare after returning at 3am following a 15hr workday. The bed was clean and comfortable. The wifi was reliable and fast. The shower was spacious and pleasant. Not particularly good value for £170 per night and “easy” doesn’t reflect climbing five flights of stairs every time you return.
