Great staff and location just off Duval- close enough to everything but far enough not to hear it. Nice courtyard with pool. I had an “apartment”/room which was huge and well equipped! Will return for another stay!!

After a long drive from Orlando I have to say I loved this hotel it’s in a perfect spot in key west, it’s walking distance from Duval Street ..and as for the staff Amsel i think his name apologises if am wrong 🫣anyway , he was a gentleman 🙏he made us feel very welcome . The hotel is old and quirky sitting on your your pourch watching the world go bye.. like all of key west and you will love your stay .. here .. ❤️. We will definitely be guys ❤️ All the best from your Irish 🇮🇪 visitors .

Everything about Douglas‘s house was exceptional. Especially the staff. We stayed well over a week and it was so worth it top-notch. Cannot wait to go back. Who was beautiful and well kept little kitchenette for coffee in our room. And the refrigerator just perfect.

We stay at The Douglas House often and it’s always perfect! This time was no exception - great staff, clean rooms and well kept property. Location is perfect for easily getting anywhere on the island! We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!

This is gem in Key West. Great location, very comfortable, interesting layout but really well maintained, and they worked with our late arrival very well.
