The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel, including the rooms were very clean. My only complaint being that when I returned from swimming in the pool one afternoon, that my room door was propped open by the housekeeping staff, with none of them in sight. I stood by for several minutes to see if anyone would return or was keeping an eye on the room, but nobody did. This was a little disconcerting as I had left valuable camera equipment along with my wallet, in the room while swimming. Nothing was missing but these actions left the room unsecure and anyone in the hotel could have easily gained access to it!

Everything was exactly how we expected. The staff was wonderful! Room was right where we were hoping for. No problem with our dog being with us. The pool area was great. The lady doing the breakfast was very happy and entertaining. We enjoyed it every morning talking with her. I loved my jacuzzi tub it was so relaxing. It was a safe and perfect area to stay. We were local to all our favorite food places. Local to the Ocean with the Wild Horses. Of course that was my favorite part of the day. No problem getting towels and everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here next year again. This was our second year.

The hotel was clean and bright. When we pulled into the parking lot we heard lots of kids in the pool having fun. The staff at check in handed me a card with potential extra charges that I had to sign before I received the room keys, but they didn't explain the charges themselves or why they weren't listed online. Thankfully none of the listed extra charges were applied to my final charge or this review would be very different. The room was freshly cleaned but had the smell of mildew once the clean smell dissipated. I believe that the ac was set very low and was constantly running in between guests and that was where the smell was coming from. It happens and is easily treated. So it wasn't a big deal to us. Check out was simple though I missed a call from the hotel after. When I called back, no one knew why I had been called. The location of the hotel is very convenient and helped to get a good rate at the end of the season. That is a major plus to a family of four. My family and I will be keeping this hotel as an option in the future. We were only there for one night, so it was just a place to sleep and get cleaned up after a fun summer day. It is a good location and is very close to shops and restaurants. There is a cute breakfast shop very close to the hotel if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

The room was a great rate, I was impressed with our clean and spacious pet friendly room. We did like the location and how it was close to so much. Having a pet area, playground, arcade, gym, breakfast and pool were really great features. The tv had good choices for family during down time. The downfall were the other guests. 2 nights in a row people were throwing parties and blasting music at 3am so I got very little sleep. It smelled like pot and outside there were cigarettes and trash scattered around. Again this was due to the other guests and not the hotel. The hotel was great. I would stay there again. Maybe they can consider an espresso machine for the tired parents.

The interior of the hotel was clean for a resort well used hotel. The room was obviously worn but livable. The hotel next door was $84 more per night. This hotel was well worth those savings.
