Property was clean but worn, but prices are cheap and well worth the price. Lots of free parking on site, staff are freindly. Very convenient to railway station and easy walk to town and to restaurants etc, I have stayed here many times and I will deffinitly return

A very basic budget friendly accommodation. The decor could do with some updating though room was generally clean. Microwave, tea making facilities, fan/heater, TV all present. Room was quiet though don't expect great things, though the price reflects in all likelihood what the accommodation is about. Free parking and right next to the railway station a bonus.

For the price of £40 and the location of 5 mins away from Ipswich station, you couldn't go wrong They could tidy it up a bit on the floor. Sheets were clean and that's the main thing. For the price and location it was 5 stars.

Upgraded to a room with ensuite but shower was not working. Still, an upgrade is an upgrade.
