Increíble diseño de hotel, buen servicio Les hace falta mejorar su menú, es el mismo de comidas y cenas… con poca variedad Las albercas frías No hay muchas actividades que puedas realizar, solo es alberca… o lo extra; spa, nos aburrimos un poco, teníamos mayor expectativa

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home, and we appreciated their kindness throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful and peaceful. However, there were two disappointments. First, the food was very expensive, and unfortunately we did not feel the quality justified the high prices. Second, we specifically chose and paid extra for a villa with a private pool, but due to the location and lack of sun exposure, the water stayed extremely cold. As a result, we did not use the pool at all during our stay, which was disappointing because having a private pool was one of the main reasons we booked this villa. We still enjoyed many aspects of our stay and especially appreciated the wonderful staff. With improvements to the dining experience and attention to the pool temperatures or better communication about villas with limited sun exposure, this property could provide an even better experience for future guests.

Beautiful room for our honeymoon. It was wonderful waking up with the sun and seeing all the birds and animals. Special shoutout to hotel mascot and leader Molly the kitty!

good place, few of lizards and insects entered the room even when all doors and windows closed. due to local rules taxis and gojek are not allowed and this limits you to use hotel transport which is quiet expensive to get to market and other areas. the walk to main road is quiet long to get a cab. in house restaurant is good, staff is friendly and helpful. very peacfull and quiet.
