  The apartment was very poorly equipped and the garden was awfully maintained. The leaves were everywhere and this was due tk lack of maintenance. The terrace could have done with better amenities like table and chairs as the space would have been lovely for an evening dinner. The roll up bed was not done up despite being available as they knew we needed it’s generally that’s ok but we arrived in the night so that would have been a nice touch. The kitchen was very equipped with some stuff and less so with others. The bin was broken. The dishwasher did not work properly and it would have been nice to have a few tablets and some basic washing up things. No sponges were available just cloths. The dishwasher also tripped the power every time it was run - we called reception to let them know + mention that the air con from main bedroom was also not working and despite saying maintenance would come no one attended the property. All in all it was not a pleasant stay and we do not feel it represented the value or the amount we paid for. Very disappointing and happy we only stayed for 5 nights.

  séjour fantastique , l’emplacement est stratégique pour découvrir les paysages donnant sur l’atlantique , accès direct au sentier pour les randonneurs . véhicule obligatoire pour le reste

  Resort, store leiligheter med alt vi trengte. Tre områder med basseng, tennisbane og flotte områder å gå tur. Langt å kjøre om du ønsket å oppleve Algarve. Vi vurderer opphold neste sommer også. Barna likte veldig godt live musikk i baren. Vi testet ut negl-salongen, men den var ikke den beste - anbefales ikke, ta heller massasje.

  It was a lovely 11 night stay at this excellent resort, albeit some niggles and some wiggles, our family of 4,thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rocha Brava Village Resort! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment initially, which was fine, until the following morning, when the issue of being so close to the car park ,(delivery vans loading/unloading) which the restaurant and the tennis court customers uses, (car doors banging at 7am in car park) became apparent that it is quite noisy and not very peaceful. We highlighted that to staff reception , and it was resolved as soon as it was possible, and we were moved to another 2 bedroom apartment which was located somewhere peacefully! Thank you "Anna" at reception for the house swap, and luckily there was a house still available! The staff reception was brilliant in attending and listening to our needs and concerns. One day, we had issues with some doors sticking( my daughter was locked momentarily), reception immediately arranged for someone to address the issue and was fixed right away! ( we were still at reception, and the maintenance person was already at the room when we got there lol:) And we also had slow draining shower, and was immediately addressed by the same maintenance gentlemen named "Mario" I believed " who was excellent ! Thank you! All in all, the ambience and the experience we had was a very lovely holiday at the resort! Will book again and recommend!
