Great for a basic stay, plenty of room for a small family. Close to bus routes and amenities.

Easy check in and the hosts were amazing. Really nice and helpful. Room was clean with a double bed and single bunk bed. The bathroom was clean. Really nice one night stay. Had no issues at all. 10 minutes from the Skegness Promenade. 2 mins by car from Fantasy Island. 2 mins from Butlin's. Perfect location.
