All staff very warm and welcoming. Accommodation was very good, comfortable as described. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with good local produce. Food, evening meals were great. Although there was an issue with slow service on our first night, it was sorted quickly and staff more than made up for this, over the rest of our stay. It is an extremely busy place for good food and drink which is great.

What the photos do not show is the all night petrol station next to the hotel which spoils the experience a little. Have a look on street view. The hotel itself is fine.

The room was small but nicely decorated. Only gripe was TV was a bit temperamental which might have been me. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Location is by a main road but very convenient for Ludlow and local area. Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful.

Stunning property. Owners lovely. We stayed here for one of the live at Ludlow events. Breakfast on point. Attention to detail and decor is very stylish. You have to hand your key in when you go out. Door is locked after pub closing hours so just something to bear in mind as you have to call emergency number for access after this. Make sure you prebook a taxi if staying here for an event in Ludlow. We will be back to try more of the gorgeous food!

Friendly staff. Got us checking in early. Exceptionally clean. Peaceful nights sleep (although there was a big wedding on). Would definitely stay again.
