Started in the bar to collect the room key. Lovely room on the ground floor, had plenty of space, storage and a bright room. Benefited from a very nice patio area with table and chairs and leading into the establishments beer garden. The bathroom had a good sized bath with twin showers over. Had a meal in the restaurant, with friends and the food was excellent, hot and plentiful. Breakfast in the morning, again hot and plentiful. Quality coffee, beers and service, add in a very nice room and what more can you ask for!

We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bedding and bed were so luxurious. A huge shout out for Sherry who sorted our breakfast orders and cleaned the room. What an absolute ray of sunshine! So helpful and very efficient. The cooked breakfast was excellent quality. The only suggestions we would make would be to have some fruit available at breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this pub. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was superb. We’d definitely return if we need to be back near Norwich.

excellent stay, highly recommended ! will come again for sure. Super staff, excellent food - dinner and a lovely breakfast. 100% recommend !!!!!!!! Room was grand and the Air Con made so much difference !
