Good size clean room. Excellent parking facilities. Really good shower. Perfect for staying over for business. There is a Chinese takeaway next door which is handy!! Would recommend.

We had a bit of a hiccup on arrival as the mobile they sent the check-in instructions broke and we didn't get the instructions. Trying to get them resent, the staff (or owners, not sure) were more focused about proving to us that they had already sent them, rather than just resending them to the new mobile. Thankfully, another guest opened the main door for us. The room was perfectly nice and clean, except for a horrible smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. Plugging the sink and shower helped a bit. I hope it's something that can be fixed. There's plenty of parking, the area seems quiet and safe - we'd definitely recommend the place for a convenient sleeping base around Coventry/Warwick.

No desk in room for work or make up or to eat my takeaway. TV was tiny, smaller than my laptop, room was clean but shower very black with mould, only half a toilet roll, and not a single staff member seen at any point during visit. Not suitable for businesses travelling or lone females. Parking fne, but there becomes a point where cost cutting goes too far.

The accommodation was clean and spacious. Communication on how to access the accommodation was clear and concise. There was plenty of parking.

Lovely place to stay. Easy key entry system. Rooms clean shower room a little small but worked well. Lovely touch of having plates and cutlery in the entrance hall .
