Had to talk to someone through a ring door bell to check in. We got in there and we didn’t know anything about sharing a bathroom so we walked up to room 4 took us 3 tries to get in the door of our room. We had no bedside table there were draws missing from the unit we had holes in our wall and of course no toilet we had to share a bathroom with everyone and the toilet wouldn’t even flush the handle would just spin around and the shower was horrible and it was all slimy and the toilet door wouldn’t even shut properly. We stayed there for about 1 night and didn’t even stay for our second night. We had no way of getting a parking permit because no staff was there to even greet us so we had to park all the way down by waterways which was about 30 mins walk. This is the first time staying in a hotel a Great Yarmouth as normally staying in a caravan so if I was anyone I wouldn’t have stayed there. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed

Disgusting! Terrible! Absolutely vile! More doss house than B&B. Do not stay here, you have been warned! Photos on the website are extremely outdated - the property definitely does not look like that now. The whole place requires a serious refurb. From the amount of filth in the room, this place has not been cleaned in years. The bed looked like something out of a squat, the divan was absolutely filthy, the mattress was not the same size as the base and the bedding was not fresh. The pillows were so old the foam filling had disintegrated. There was only one light bulb working, which hardly gave out any light because of the amount of thick dust on the light fitting. The shower head has not been cleaned in years, and there is some serious black mould in the shower tray. Towels were dirty. Room smelt of cigarettes! I could go on and on about how dirty this place is. Needless to say we did not stay there! Original booked Economy City View room, but realised it did not have a private bathroom so "upgraded" to Junior Double. We paid £176.82 in total including the £60 to " upgrade" . Even though the photos on the website are false advertising, we were refused a refund. Hotels.com shame on you for not checking the properties you partner with!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights they were so many safety hazards such as exposed wires on the kettle wire, tv and bracket hanging from the wall and the wooded curtain canopy above the bed also hanging from the wall. I was told that this room was a complementary upgrade, I would have love to see the room we was going to have before the upgrade. Room 8 should be closed and truly accessed before it is booked out again, not an enjoyable stay at all.
