5 day stay in a luxury penthouse with the wife. The terrasse and view was amazing 10/10. The room was excellent but we missed a place to store stuff. There was a walk in closet but only to put suit cases in. No shelfs or cabinets etc. Also, the elevator engine room was next door that could be noisy at times. The breakafast restaurant had its issues. If you were late 0930 - 10 isj there were no more bread and not being topped up. The juice dispenser looked to be working but didnt. If you asked the staff they just raised their shoulders... Also, lack of cutlery. After use the staff left it all on a corner table that looked like a mess instead of get it to the kitchen for cleaning. Staff looked miserable and not very service minded. Reseption staff was helpfull. It is a old hotell but still appeared to be in good shape. Refurbished this year. The penthouse did it all for us and we will definitely be back.

Öncelikle otelin deniz manzara kısmı güzel. Personelin İletişimi güzel. Superior oda tasarımı güzel. Koridorları çok iç karartıcı, siyah renk kullanılmış ve oda kapısının hemen dışında sensörünüz bozuksa hele bir de görmek çok güç herhangi bir şeyi. Temizlik mükemmel değil, evet temizlik yapılıyor fakat ince ince bir temizlik maalesef yok. Kahvaltı kalitesine de orta diyebilirim, personelin iletişimi başarılı ama. Superior odada ledler ışıklandırma güzel, otopark sıkıntılı, 9 katlı bir otel için yetersiz otopark alanı.

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi, şehir merkezine ve denize yakın olması avantajlıydı. Ancak odalar maalesef çok kirli, eski ve bakımsızdı. Kaldığımız odada terlik, sabun gibi temel ihtiyaçlar yoktu ve bizden önce temizlik yapılmamış gibiydi çünkü çöp kovaları doluydu. Bebeğimiz için park yatak istedik ama getirilen yatak, yastık ve sünger hijyen temizlik açısından kabul edilemez durumdaydı. pis ve kullanılamayacak kadar kötüydü. Getirdikleri çarşaf kırış kırış sanki kullanılmış gibiydi. Kahvaltı lezzet olarak ortalama olsa da çeşit açısından yeterliydi. Genel olarak temizlik ve hijyen konusunda ciddi şekilde iyileştirme yapılması gerekiyor.
