Rooms need to be cleaned and sanitized appears to have mold present and areas have dust and dirt present. Refrigerator dirty has mold. Cockroach, ants and insects present in rooms. Live animals roam property i.e. cat’s and chickens wife allergic to cats. Bed was not comfortable but that’s just me. Wife was good with bed. Recommend professional cleaning and sanitation maybe in future a renovation. Otherwise the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

God beliggenhed i gåafstand til det meste. God og personlig betjening. Lidt slidt men rent og fair i forhold til prisen. Værtinden kørte mig til lufthavnen og vi fik en rigtig god snak om livet i Polynesien.

The location was nice for walking to town. Stores nearby. Room was clean. Arrived and the room was ready, but the main lightbulb was burnt out. I replaced it for them. A bit worn, but clean.

Tea Tahiti is within walking distance to the market, bus station and centre of town. Thankfully the taxi driver knew the property as it is located on a small side street off a main road and the property has no sign (that I could see) to indicate it is Tea Tahiti. There was some initial confusion about my booking but was pleased to be able to drop off my bag in the morning before reception closed for lunch. The room was clean but had not been renovated any time recently. It was OK for a one night stay and the property provided a transfer to the airport at 6am. There is a small modern supermarket about 60m away.

This place is in a great location, walking distance to the market and ferry. It’s a little tricky to find and not a typical hotel. There are 4 or 5 large rooms/ units with large beds, large bathroom and small kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful

I booked a room and when I got to the hostel they told me they had already given it to other people and that the system had failed. It was late and I was alone with my daughter in a foreign country. They only offered a simple apology and did not bother to help us to find accommodation at all. Afterwards, I had to go back to get a cancellation letter just to make sure they wouldn’t charge me for the room they did not give me. It was a horrible experience. The hostel itself and the staff were very horrible as well.
