The property is small but very clean. There was only 1 pool, The drinks at the bar were delicious! They change the theme at the buffet daily. Not many restaurants. You have to make reservations for the asain or steak restaurants. Nothing to eat from 4pm-6pm. Gorgeous beach but a lot of seaweed. The room is very dirty and outdated. They have thin blankets on the bed and the water pressure in the shower is horrible. Booking this property was expensive! I'll give it 7.5

Absolutely lovely stay at Sugar Bay. I wouldn’t consider it a high end hotel, but for the money I think it more than delivers. Everything felt very clean, staff were friendly, and food was better than many all inclusive. It is on the smaller side, which has pros and cons. Realistically, it is one pool you can swim in. The other was very small, tucked away and not used. The staff, while great, don’t do service on beach which I often think is nice to have. The water sports are nice. Beach was beautiful. Didn’t want to leave!!

We enjoyed the swim-up bar, food was great and staff were very nice. Air conditioner in room was not good at all was not cooling well. Rooms need updating. They need to do better after 2 days they put a family with young children next to us and for the next three mornings we were woken up with their baby crying non stop.
