La persona de turno encargada que estaba el día Jueves 7 de Mayo 2026, tiene una calidad de servicio al cliente PÉSIMA, especialmente con extrangeros. No valió lo que pagamos por la estadía en comparación con el terrible servicio que recibimos.

Things that the great cleaning staff would not have reason to notice: The TV had no sound on "Live TV" (freeview) so it was not worth watching the news or weather forcast as we wanted. We tried every button we could try on the remote but could not get any sound for Live TV. And many of the other apps supplied (Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc) needed a sign-in so no use to us. That said, we did manage to find a suitable movie to watch - with sound. Other observations: The light over the mirror in the bathroom was very faint - great for toileting (without blinding us) in the middle of the night. But hopeless for applying make-up, even in the daylight of morning. Also there was no hairdryer - just on the weekend that we forgot to bring out own as we usually do. And while we had enough light for what we needed, the main light in the middle of the room was not working. All of that said, value for price was excellent for us. We would certainly return if we had a need for accomodation in the area.

Two day stay was successful. Quiet room location. Easy parking. Staff helpful with a water issue. Bedding clean and comfortable. Kitchen good.

Check in staff and towel lady were friendly - although, we got given damp towels one day. Unit 18 (3 bedrooms) - Sliding door very difficult to open. Downstairs smelt terrible (cat pee) and a patch on the carpet was wet (perhaps cleaned?). Carpet badly stained in lounge. Surfaces were clean, but there was grime, mold and dust about the place. Also paint spots on the carpet, furniture and furnishings. Not a lot of cutlery or utensils to use in the kitchen. Ants in kitchen. Fridge leaking. Oven, pantry and some plates were dirty. Dining chairs wobbly. WiFi only worked some of the time and not a strong signal. Curtain too small in one bedroom. Shower shelves and door broken. Toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Buzzer for unused office was still active and in our stair well. Bedrooms were warm with heaters on.
