Personal muy amable. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Las obras del metro en la calle delante del hotel no descansan ni por la noche. Se podría mejorar algunos aspectos del mantenimiento de la habitación (puerta del baño, tapa del WC...).

I had a single, budget room for 3 nights and would recommend staying there. The budget, single room itself was small and a little tired (the Mumbai heat and humidity have caused trouble with some laminate surfaces), but it was spotlessly clean, had a wide range of tea and coffee, good toiletries and good aircon. Great value for money. The breakfast buffet was great - a wide range of food - cereal, fruit, Indian staples, omlette, waffles, doughnuts and dosa, tea and coffee, juices, etc.. Location is ideal - about a 10 minute walk from CSMT, about 20 minutes from Gateway of India, the Aqua line to the airport is about 2 minutes away. However, the standout reason to stay at this hotel are the staff! They could not be any friendlier or happy to help. My laundry was collected within minutes of me asking, a member of staff saw me struggle with the door lock and came and sorted it out for me, the guys on the desk gave great restaurant recommendations, the lounge staff brought bottles of water and offers of tea and coffee if you so much as glanced at a seat.... They worked really well as a team, and genuinely seemed happy to have you stay with them. Recommended!

This hotel is in the heart of Fort and so it comes with the conveniences of the location. Everything - dining, shopping, entertainment, etc - is either within walking distance or a short taxi drive. And you get a range of very affordable to high end for anything you want. This property is well maintained - and staff are responsive if something is amiss. Complimentary hot breakfast is included and is wholesome. Rooms are compact but not too claustrophobic. Bright lights, good water pressure, good amenities. There is laundry next to the hotel which is very convenient. WiFi speed is decent. I would recommend this hotel for sole women travellers too. The staff here are old hands - most with 10+ years of service with the hotel and they keep an eye open for all their guests. Overall, excellent value for money.

Very clean room and bathroom. Welcomed with a smile every time, did not get any noise from the street guaranteeing a good night rest. AC worked well and breakfast was great. Well located to travel to South Mumbai. Thank you
