The room itself was clean and comfortable. There is a lot of building work being carried out (which was not advised at the time of booking) this resulted in being woke each morning to lorries loading/unloading right under my window just before 6am both mornings. Returning to the property the second evening my key card failed to work. There were no hotel staff on the property to help with this. Parking has to be paid but there is an abundance of space where it seems you don't Last thing, hire a window cleaner, they're not that expensive.

The cold water inlet valve on the shower did not function and it was only by good luck that I did not get seriously scolded by very hot water in the shower.

Convenient for The Kings Hall. The room was a little tired but it was clean and functional

Don't go here if you have mobility issues. And my room overlooked the exit from nightclub very noisy.

The most beautiful room. Can't believe how cheap it was for such a gorgeous hotel. Also the bar is so festive make sure you treat yourself to a drink or two !
