La estancia ha ido genial, estupendo. Mejorable el tema comida buffet. Por el resto un hotel tranquilo y bonito.

Property grounds were nice. Rooms are a bit dated. The TV and telephone in our room did not work. Manager at reception was very accommodating and made our stay much better. The massages were excellent. Highly recommend them.! Wifi is awful! Love the balconies! The other downside is the beach, the beach is beautiful but you have to pay 25$ for 2 chairs and umbrella every day if you want to be on the beach. Otherwise they do have beach chairs on man made beach near infinity pool. Just depends on your preference! Food is ok. Nothing to rave about but something for everyone!

The check in was for 3pm and we didn’t get our room until 6pm, the Manager was horrible and when we finally got our room it was smelling of damp, we complained and were told there was nothing they could do, our room was next to a part they were having construction work done in and all we heard was banging, to make the situation worse the bedding was filthy. After refusing to sleep in a damp room they finally moved us and again we were put on the other side of the hotel with yet more construction work going on. Spoke to Management again and were simply told this is the best they could do. It was the worst experience ever and ruined our holiday. The reception area was full of complaining guests, rooms were not cleaned and no one seemed happy. Please DO NOT stay here, it is a huge mess once they have your money they are dismissive if you have any issues. Note to Management please fix your internal issues and learn to talk to your staff nicely instead of shouting at them in front of guests. An Awful Experience!

O hotel é ótimo! Grande e bem arborizado. A piscina de borda infinita é maravilhosa e no fim do dia ainda se aprecia um lindo pôr do sol. O café da manhã é delicioso e diversificado. Achei só o quarto pequeno, o chuveiro não esquentava tanto e a internet é ruim, mas em toda a ilha é assim.

Hotel fronte oceano situato in una delle più belle zone dell'isola. Le maree sono minime rispetto altre zone. Le cose che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente sono: Camera Ocean wiev che è ampia e pulita con un balcone vista oceano ed uno vista piscina interna, la qualità del cibo servito nell'unico ristorante, personale che è simpatico e molto gentile e la piscina a sfioro vista oceano. Sono molte le pecche dell'Hotel. Wifi praticamente assente in tutta la struttura, pochissime prese elettriche nella stanza, necessità di andare a mangiare per colazione e cena presto altrimenti si rischia di trovare bene poco. La tv in camera trasmette 6 canali tutti disturbati. Acqua calda per la doccia non sempre presente. Hotel non troppo recente e moderno
