It was my third time staying in this hotel and was 9/10 for me but this time was different, I wouldn't rate more than 6, 7/10 The front staff was so serious and so slow. The elevator so slow that we had to wait up to 15 min. The breakfast was same thing every day and just few options. Whole night we heard water running in the pipe from our room. I guess it is under new management of something changed because even the staff were all just from one nationality.

Rooms are a bit old and dated. While the beds were clean and comfy, the carpet was disgusting and the bathroom showed a lack of attention to detail with soap scum on the walls and floors needing a scrub. Staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Location is great for surfers paradise restaurants, entertainment, and beaches.

A shorts stay with a beautiful Ocean view. Very well maintained apartments and the pool area is perfcet for relaxation.

Staff super helpful even late into the night with the security gaurds felt very safe and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
