Es un hotel viejo con cortinas en mal estado. Los toma corriente no funcionaban. Las cama cómodas. Había una parte de la alfombra que tenía mal olor

So to preface, we travel multiple times per year to Nashville. This is a nicer hotel, so I tend to expect more for the price. The Kimpton Aertson is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The décor is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. The valet attendants and young men working outside were absolutely wonderful; so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank-you also goes to the kind woman who stored our luggage when we arrived. There were so many cars that I couldn’t even get out near the entrance, but she went out of her way to help us even though we weren’t parking at the hotel. Unfortunately, the service inside the hotel was inconsistent. The young woman who checked me out was not friendly, & I had similar experiences with a couple of employees during happy hour. I was also disappointed to discover an additional destination or amenity fee. I booked through Hotels.com, so the lack of clarity may have been more of a Hotels.com issue. However, after reading more about the fee, it appeared that certain benefits or credits were included in return. No one at the front desk ever explained the fee or told us how to use those benefits, which made the charge especially frustrating. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with a terrific location.

Our only challenge was navigating the self parking validation, but that was a user error. Apparently the sticker is to be placed on the garage parking attendant. The front desk was very accommodating and placed us on the 7th floor so we could be near the pet relief station. All in all, and excellent stay

The room was quite dark overall and had a stale, musty smell. The air conditioner was extremely noisy but did not cool the room effectively. The staff were not particularly friendly, and our room was not ready until after 4:00 p.m. At check-in, we were given no explanation about the hotel amenities or even basic information, such as the fact that complimentary water had to be picked up at the front desk. The hotel also placed multiple separate authorization holds on my credit card without providing a clear or adequate explanation. Although the location was excellent, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nashville.

First of all, I wanted to tell you how much of an impact your staff has had on our Stay at your facility at every turn they’ve been there for us. We had a very rough commute to Nashville over 17 hours in our car and the second that we arrived here Vanessa. and Landon have been there to help us with everything from establishing rides, restaurants, and reservations for helping us navigate the city for all the special touches that we have received inside our room. We can’t tell you how well they have done their job and how much we appreciate our stay here when we do come back to Nashville. There is nowhere else we would stay other than here and that is because of your staff and how much we appreciate the
