Perfect location for whatever your plans are in Southend on sea. Lovely comfy bed and superb breakfast.

All the staff & management were so helpful we will return. Lots to do in area, pier, antique fayre, Prittlewell Priory. Great pub on the doorstep with lots of helpful staff again. Great breakfast 👍

Nice stay comfy bed and linen, central position. Generally clean but attentionneeds to be given to scuffs on walls wood work, splatters on walls, under sink shelf filthy and mouldy. Smeary bathroom mirrors and towel rail dusty and needs polishing up. Dusty ceiling light shades. Please get rid of fake flowers in window boxes. Breakfast good. Worth money but is really a b and b and AA rating a bit high

It was a fantastic stay right from check in. The host was a lovely lady that went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The room exceeded our expectations. Very light, airy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I particularly enjoyed the continental buffet which included fresh fruit (strawberries, melons, blueberries etc) and yogurt. Fresh coffee served in a cafetiere. Full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and well presented. The location was great. Short walk to pier and attractions. Really couldn't fault our stay. Thanks!!
