Estudio de planta abierta en Girdwood. Los techos abovedados pequeños pero abiertos le dan una sensación mucho más grande. Es ideal para una escapada romántica de fin de semana para parejas solteras. Se acomodará a una pequeña familia de cuatro, también compatible para dos parejas o cualquier combinación de personas cercanas. Está ubicado en un pequeño camino de bucle en la base de Max's Mountain. Rodeado por los gigantes árboles Hemlock que son locales de esta parte del bosque de Chugach. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y ofrece un descanso nocturno fantástico. Se recomienda tener su propio medio de transporte, es necesario 4 ruedas en un día de invierno cubierto de nieve. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes en la zona, o la cocina está lista para preparar una comida gourmet. Muchas grandes caminatas en el área. La cabeza del sendero Virgin Creek está muy cerca. Ciclismo de montaña, kayak, paddle son populares actividades de verano. Esquí alpino y nórdico, ciclismo con neumáticos pesados en invierno. Esta cabaña se encuentra en Alyeska, un barrio de Girdwood. Mina de oro Crow Creek y Paraje histórico nacional de Indian Valley Mine son algunos de los lugares emblemáticos de la región, donde también puedes acercarte a atractivos turísticos como Centro de Artes Visuales de Girdwood y Sound Paddler.

The unit is well located. It’s away from center of town and yet convenient to it so it’s more peaceful and quiet. The unit is well equipped so it would be easy to cook a good meal here if you wanted to. We didn’t as we found good eats in town. Host is super responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay in a "crow nest" (because of the long staircase up the second floor)!Loved the hot shower, clean and very well stocked kitchen, great mattresses (you sink a bit, but very comfortable).You could even sit outside at the entrance if you carry out dinner high chairs - no mosquitos! Thank you!!

Great, well priced place to stay in the heart of Girdwood. There are two flights of stairs to get up to it which is no problem but something to think about if you have a lot of luggage. The remodeled bathroom/shower was FANTASTIC but would have been nice to have a door (there is just a curtain) or a fan. Stays cool and is quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. SUPER COMFORTABLE bed!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, cozy, and probably the most well-stocked VRBO we have ever visited! The location was private, quiet, and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner, Eric, supplied the home with so many items, particularly in the kitchen. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, even things like cooking spray, spices, and water bottles. We were very impressed! Highly recommend this little slice of heaven!
