The penthouse was great with a beautiful terrace and the staff at the hotel is so nice. Food is fantastic. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay Well maintained hotel directly on the beach with great amenities and activities for both adults and kids, I highly recommend booking the water bike activity in the indoor pool and Olga was super friendly and professional during the classes offering the best exercises for all the body muscles and joints. Great entertainment team and special thanks to the kids’ club members who made my son holiday full of fun and activities! Great pools where you could find a sun bed easily and varieties of food and drinks around the place while you are enjoying your day. The main restaurant also offers all varieties of fresh food and you could also book the a la carte restaurants with guest relations on your arrival as they got fully booked quickly but Meltem was a star helping me to book 2 of them by putting me on the waiting list. Reception staff are very welcoming on arrival and give you all the information you will need, I’m highly praising Ibrahim for his professionalism and help. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious with comfy beds and very clean, thanks to the housekeeping service. It was our best stay in Side over the last 3 visits in an all inclusive resorts and definitely highly recommending it and can’t wait to book our next visit with Arum Barut!

We are currently on the final day of our stay, and it truly feels like the Arum Barut Collection is our second home. This is our 9th visit, and the hotel continues to exceed every expectation. We are already planning our return! Our wonderful holiday started the moment we arrived, thanks to Ibrahim, who greeted us with the warmest, most genuine hospitality and set the perfect tone for our stay by allocating us a lovely room with a stunning sea view. Throughout our time here, the entire property has been spotlessly clean. The pool area was quite busy due to the time of year, but the beach always had plenty of sun loungers available all day. The evening entertainment has been a real highlight, with fantastic live music at the pool bar every single night—the bands on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday were absolutely the best! The staff always make this hotel special. During the day, Furkan and Mustafa Dali provided great service with lovely, creative cocktails. In the evenings, Tolghan, Hasan, and Omer Celik were excellent and incredibly prompt; they always remembered our favorite drinks and were so genuinely friendly. Over at the beach bar, Baris makes fantastic margarita cocktails! Combined with delicious food and plenty of choice at every meal, everything was top-notch. It’s tough to leave today, but we will be coming back for sure!

Our 8th visit and still absolutely love it! We just returned from our 8th stay here, and it remains our absolute favorite holiday spot. The cleanliness of the resort is top-notch, the food is consistently excellent, and the staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming. Overall, the service is great. The only minor downside we noticed this time was that the drink service at the pool bar in the evenings wasn’t quite as efficient as everything else as we experienced last year. Omer was However very very good in the evenings! However, it certainly didn't spoil our trip. We still highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for visit number 9!
