  Las instrucciones de check in fueron deficientes, les escribí tres veces y nunca recibí respuesta, adicionalmente solicité late check out con pago, sin embargo, nunca respondieron. El aseo puede mejorar en los baños, encontré cabellos en la ducha desde el día de la entrega de la habitación.

  An excellent little hotel and amazing value. Room was clean and comfortable with a fan, desk, powerful shower, and comfy bed. No fridge which would have been helpful. Downstairs is a coffee machine and a nice sitting area and outside courtyard. Parking spaces outside are diagonal and only suitable for very small cars. You can park on the road as well. There’s a supermarket at the end of the street with everything you need and the number 1 tram takes you into Augsburg. The Exhibition centre is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive. On the whole I thought this was a great hotel, it could do with a couple of little bits of maintenance, but nothing essential just cosmetic. I was in room 13 and the blind was broken so it had to be tied onto the frame leaving a gap at the bottom of the window. Ideally they could afford to charge a bit more and then attend to these little things

  Der var overdrevet varmt på hotellet og vi havde vindue lige ud til en rygegård. På badeværelset var det en smule mug i fugerne og desuden hår i afløbet i bruseren.

  Ein Hotel, das man meiden sollte Das Erste, was ins Auge fällt, ist die Eingangstür mit der zerbrochenen Scheibe – schon das sagt viel aus. Dann habe ich 40 Minuten gewartet, und die E-Mail mit dem Code für den Zugang zum Hotel war immer noch nicht angekommen. Ich musste die Nummer anrufen, und eine Frau ging ran, die sehr mürrisch und arrogant war. Sie fragte mich dreimal nach meinen Daten, obwohl sie diese bereits hatte (ich hatte bereits alles online bezahlt und auch schon vorher), und dann hat sie mir sogar einfach aufgelegt. Ich habe ein zweites Mal angerufen, und diesmal hat ein Mann abgenommen, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Im Hotel herrscht eine höllische Hitze, in den Fluren im ersten und zweiten Stock ist es viel zu heiß und die Luft steht still – keine frische Luft, eine wahre Hölle (ihr habt nicht einmal den geringsten Anstand, die Klimaanlage einzuschalten oder einen Weg zu finden, frische Luft zirkulieren zu lassen). Das Badezimmer im Zimmer? Eine regelrechte Sauna, viel zu heiß; im Zimmer schwitzte man, auch wenn man sich nicht bewegte. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Der Preis, den ihr für das verlangt, was ihr bietet, ist zu hoch. Ihr seid teuer und bietet keinen guten Service. Meine Bewertung auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 ist eine 2: Ihr seid unfähig, ein Hotel zu führen, und das Personal am Telefon ist unfreundlich.

  Cela était une très mauvaise expérience que j'ai réservé dans cet hôtel pensant qu'il y avait écrit qu'il y avait une piscine un spa des soins et finalement il n'y a pas de piscine pas trop pas de climatisation pas de ventilateur la dame la gérante et horrible et n'a pas voulu me rembourser j'attends encore mon remboursement
