Only people who completed a purchase or a sale on SecondBook can leave a review. We publish them all, good and bad, as they wrote them.

How we verify reviews
What we do with every review before you see it.
Only after a real purchase or sale
Only the buyer and the seller of an order completed on SecondBook can review it, once each. That’s why every review says “Verified purchase” or “Verified sale”.
We never filter by rating
We publish good reviews and bad ones. The average counts every published review, and none is left out for its score.
A person on our team checks them
Before publishing a review, we check it has no personal or contact details and no offensive language, that it’s about the experience and that it’s genuine. Those are the only reasons we turn one down, and we tell the author why.
We may reply publicly
Our team can answer any review, and the reply shows under it. If you see one that breaks these rules, tap “Report”.
