It was super nice, typical and magical. Very well located. The best choice to come to nara. If you don't mind shared bathrooms and common areas, this is the place to stay!

Shared dorm has spacious bunks and earplugs provided, great service and also able to keep luggage before and after check in, had a wonderful stay

Kind staff, phenomenal location, and beautiful room! It’s located a short walk away from main shopping streets as well as Nara Park. It did not bother me however it’s worth mentioning that there are multiple bathrooms to share between the guests and the walls are very thin so sounds other make can be heard easily. However, when next in Nara, I will certainly stay here again!

I love the old charm of this house. It's very beautiful and cozy. The staff are friendly and give you a lot of recommendations of where to go and what to do. Close to the train and Nara Park. I really enjoyed staying here.
