The hotel was not clean. The room was dirty. The tub was disgusting. I had to go and find a job to stay. I would not recommend that hotel

I paid $200 for a room when I walked into the room someone else was already in the room. I then was given a different type of room. There were there was a bug on the bed. I quickly searched the rest of the room and the bed to make sure there was no bedbugs which I did not see, but they’re stains all over the bedding I would bring your own blankets no hair dryer one garbage bag and one garbage can and the pool closes at 9 PM on a Saturday night never ever what I stay here ever again

Ample parking and a convenient location just minutes from Crocker Park. Our beds were clean, and the staff was friendly, but there were some definite disappointments. We found a lost sock under the bed, a press-on nail on the TV stand, and numerous stains on the carpet. We paid extra for a poolside room, only to discover at check-in that this included second-floor rooms with a carpeted spiral staircase leading down to the pool—not exactly ideal with kids. We also weren’t told that the balcony door leading to the pool had to be left propped open and unlocked because the key card wouldn’t work from the pool side. Nothing like being freezing and soaking wet with your kids, running back to your room, only to discover you can’t get inside and have to walk all the way around through the lobby! The pool and hot tub need some serious maintenance. There was visible mold and mildew around the hot tub filter area, and the pool water was cloudy and heavily chlorinated. The kids still enjoyed swimming, but we made sure to shower thoroughly afterward. The on-site restaurant and bar was another letdown. They were out of most food menu items and had only a handful of the wines listed available. One other downside: the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., while checkout is at 11 a.m., leaving very little time for a morning swim. Overall, we had a decent stay, and the location and friendly staff were positives.

There was womens clothes between the mattress & box spring. There was also trash under the bed. Plus there were people arguing in the hallway on & off throughout the night
