Well, what can I say... It's the end of an era. I rarely leave reviews when the feedback is less than positive, but as a very loyal and longtime customer- staying at Woolley's one week per month for the past 7+ years while visiting my Colorado business, I feel compelled to share. Woolley's once had everything a frequent traveler could love: free parking, great dining and breakfast, spacious rooms, luxurious soaking tubs, and the most comfortable pillows imaginable. Since Marriott took over, it's been one disappointment after another. Inconsistent VIP amenities, cheaper pillows, paid self-parking with no valet, and now an extensive remodel stripping away everything that made Woolley's special. The beautiful atrium with lush plants, trees, and fish ponds is now a giant dirt pit destined to become another cookie-cutter hotel lounge. My last stay was especially frustrating. I paid for a VIP suite, only to discover it lacked the signature soaking tub. Apparently, so many guests had been upgraded due to construction that mine was the last VIP suite available. My only alternative was a lesser room without the conference table I needed for business. So despite paying for a VIP suite, I was left without the amenities I expected. Worst of all, none of this extensive construction was disclosed when booking. I honestly cannot believe they're still selling rooms under these conditions. What once made Woolley's exceptional is disappearing, and sadly, so is my loyalty.

What I loved about Woolleys was the charming courtyard and the koi pond and the amazing food and drink. No where on the booking site (Hotels.com) did the page specify that the hotel was under MAJOR construction. The entire first floor is literally DIRT. Unmanageable dust. Obvs there was no restaurant which is the main reason I stay here- the food was the best. My stay came with a free drink which obviously didn't apply because there was no bar. I am usually not a largely picky guest but the fact they don't have the hotel shut down for this renovation is straight unacceptable and still charging $18o per night. We used to ALWAYS stay at Woolleys before flying out on vacation- the PERFECT start to our vacation- now parking is not free. Add to that they no longer include nath salts for the amazingly large tubs. The neighborhood has also changed - not for the good. TONS of homeless people and broke down vehicles. We will no longer stay at this hotel.

The property is undergoing major renovation. Hopefully when it is completed, it'll be like it was the previous time that I stayed here.

The property is undergoing a renovation project, but at all times the noise was manageable and the construction site was extremely organized and safe. The hotel rooms were priced accordingly.

I stayed for a very short overnight and had to leave at 4am for a flight, but the time I spent here was actually very nice. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly check-in staff. They were doing some refurbishments downstairs when I was here August 22 of 2026, but there were directional signs that pointed me where to go. I'd definitely stay here again and 10/10 recommend staying at Wooley Suites.
