Booked for being on 5 minutes from our destination. Socks were covered in blonde hair (wife and I have black hair), couch and ottomans ripped up, electric outlet by sink broken. It would take $2 and 30 seconds to replace the outlet cover. This place reeks of laziness. Outside had 2 people camped in lawn chairs on the walkway outside the rear entrance smoking weed. Desk person had to be aware of it. Again....laziness or manager doesn't care. Either way, if I owned the place, I'd be quite disappointed.

Hotels.com did a great job finding me a clean, friendly and convenient hotel after the first one overbooked. The hotel and staff were fantastic.

Cons: 1. Do you like wifi? Do you like streaming movies or tv? If you want to do anything other than check your email or basic surfing, they REQUIRE you to pay for Internet access. Absolutely absurd and inhospitable. 2. Do you like a roach-free hotel? This one ain't. See pictures. 3. Do you like a remote control that works and isn't sticky? This one doesn't work well at all, is hobbled together with tape, and has all sorts of sticky, tacky, and strange substances covered over it. 4. When you see your hotel bathroom, you generally don't want to see evidence of prior residents. Well, that bathroom has multiple hairs from multiple different people. It could have been cleaned better. Pros: Staff was helpful when I needed a print request. This place is certainly one I would try to avoid in the future.
