Good place to overnight when passing through Baltimore by way of BWI; easy access to the airport by way of the hotel shuttle. The breakfast bar can help get your day started. The staff is very customer oriented.

This was the worse hotel experience that I have ever had. The hotel was poorly maintained. The outside security doors were partially open so that anyone could walk into the hotel 24 hours a day. My room dead bolt lock did not work, my towels and shower curtain were full of tears and holes. The furniture was very worn and damaged. The walls had nail holes, mismatched touchup paint everywhere. Both days, someone dragged something (trashbag) through the hall in front of my room through the lobby and out of the front door. Everything about my room was worn or damaged. I will never stay in a Wyndham again.

My booking and check-in were both easy. The check-in process was quick and professional. My room was clean and my one night stay was easy and pleasant.

The bathroom sink as we arrived. I would have expected that such things are checked before a room is given to a guest.

It looks a little rough around the edges but rooms were clean. I don’t get bothered by cracks in the wall/ceiling or floor peeling in the elevator as long as rooms are clean. Breakfast was fine. The workout room was actually spacious but no cleaning supplies or towels. Quiet at night. Staff helpful.

Uncomfortable bed, usless pillows, very loud AC unit, shuttle driver was 10 late and wasnt the least bit concerned. Rest of staff was nice, but just a very old, tired hotel.
