We chose the Windsor Marapendi for our anniversary trip, and overall, the experience was very positive. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is simply excellent. I want to give a special mention to the staff: they had a wonderful attitude and fulfilled absolutely every request we made during our stay. The only area for improvement was our experience at the restaurant, which fell a bit short compared to the rest of the hotel. There were a couple of disappointing details: we were served in a cracked glass, and there was a noticeable lack of digestif options after our meal. Despite this specific setback at the restaurant, the quality of the staff and the great amenities make this a highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel is beginning to show its age but is well maintained overall. My first visit to the hotel was in 2016 and the most recent in September 2026. The staff is still great and I would return.
