The location is good, the room is small but it may be the standard for Rome (compared with US hotels.) The most troubling part was poor communication with their management. They did not include instruction on what to expect and that they do not have an office/ reception nor any staff even just let us get inside the building. Their operation is more of an airbnb rental rooms rather than a regular hotel. It was an anxiety filled first night! Not a good way to start a vacation.

No tea/coffee facility just a common /shared kettle at the corridor. Difficult to communicate with reception…as no one was there at 17:00 which we were informed one should be there at 21:00 Reception was far 800meter to where we were allocated… we thought it was just a stone throw. Good AC which was good upon complaining and so as TV remote which was rectified.

The best part is the location as it’s walking distance to restaurants, shops and Vatican.

Okay - this is a step above camping which was expected for the price. Great location - close to Vatican City and metro station. One of the cots had to be covered with a towel to prevent calf injuries from the metal mattress spring, the hot water is sporadic, the fridge is not in use, and there were no batteries in the TV remote. On the plus side - great amount of towels and toilet paper, neat elevator, three key access, and great 5th floor view next to a lovely church with bells that were very pleasant. Common kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wants to cook. You get what you pay for here. We were satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many attractions, especially the Vatican. It was easy to get around and explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.
