We enjoyed our one night stay at the resort. Staff was attentive. I would suggest two chairs on the patio vs. one and two robes in the room vs. one. Clean, roomy, nice staff, great breakfast! Absolutely loved the pillow top mattress and will most likely buy one off their website:)!

Stayed in a room with two double beds. Room was huge, including a large bathroom and a additional sink and counter right outside the bathroom. The room was very clean, and the view from my balcony overlooked one of the pools, and a scenic pathway back to the lobby. The hotel grounds are expansive, so complimentary golf cart services are offered to guests, to help bring their luggage (and themselves) to the room, e.g. if you didn't bring a car. I also made use of the spa onsite to treat myself to a nice massage, and my friends used their beautiful tennis courts. Onsite restaurant was delicious, although the menu selection is small. Staff is very helpful and friendly!

The Westward Look hotel in Tucson is amazing. From the staff to the food to the property. Everything. Absolutely gorgeous and look forward to our next trip!!

Although this property was a little on the older side, it is very well maintained. Only regret we have as a family of 4 was that we didn’t spend enough time exploring the place because we checked in late. Kiddos ordered room service for breakfast and they were absolutely impressed by how fresh and warm everything was.

All in all, we had a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The room was lovely, the bed exceptionally comfy and everything we needed. There were some issues (maintenance) reported to the front desk. Some improvements might be in order to the room service process to raise the standard that the resort deserves.

WiFi unstable and TV as a result was also in and out. Paid extra for a room with a view, only to be out in a room overlooking a parking lot. AC was also barely keeping up with 90 degree weather, would hate to think how it would be in the summer. Good location and views from the bar/lobby. Hard to recommend over other ‘resorts’ near by.
