Great hotel, excellent location. I was upgraded to a lovely room, which was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were also lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Very disappointed after checking in went to our room to discover we weren’t given the room we booked & paid for, we got key to room 405 which was a double room, however what I booked & paid for was a deluxe twin room, went back down to reception girl clearly knew it was not the correct room started checking to see was there a deluxe available & wasn’t very apologetic didn’t offer any reason why but handed me key to room 331 which was the correct room I would like a reason as to why this happened & I would like a proper apology as it shouldn’t have happened. Rooms were slightly old fashioned. Room service was great for the bed but missed on the extras - we twice had to ask for water. Hotel was wonderfully spacious, bar food as well as breakfast were excellent. Location was very relaxing.
