Aircondition did not work in the room. Terrible heat and got almost no sleep. Staff was not very friendly. Asked to buy a bottle of water when we returned to the hotel at midnight or where we could get one. «Just drink tap water» was the response. Breakfast was not very fresh with sweaty cheese and out of several items. Room and facilities was clean and spacious but there are some clear signs of wear. Nice little pool on the roof.

On-site parking was very convenient. Breakfast was decent for 7 euro. Interaction with staff was easy and helpful

Liked: The bed was quite wide, and the small balcony was a nice touch. We were lucky to get a room away from the road, so it was quiet and cozy. Didn’t like: The bathroom was disappointing — it didn’t even feel comfortable enough to take a shower. Also, the early checkout at 10 a.m., right after breakfast, was a letdown.

We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. I then had to jam open the lift shaft doors and climb out with my partner who was petrified. The receptionist came out and asked if we was okay. That was it. Not very accommodating after a terrible experience. I have reported this to the hotel and not heard anything back.

At booking, we had requested a room with parking, two separate beds and air conditioning. We didn't receive any of these. There was no free parking space when we arrived and had to park at the side of the road. The room didn't have air conditioning nor two separate beds, there was only one large queen-size bed. We requested for another room from the staff but didn't receive one, as they said they were fully booked. We made the booking in February, how is it possible that we didn't get the kind of room we requested?
