he lobby sign said the hotel offers a taxi service to the airport, but when I asked the front desk, they said no such service exists. I had to get a taxi myself. The sign needs to be updated or removed. Location and room were fine, but the false information was disappointing. Confirm directly with the hotel before relying on any advertised airport service.

Overpriced for the hotel. Other 5 star hotels would probably be a better option.

Only negative as a UK resident is they do not have the +44 dialling code we-up to receive a Wi-Fi login password which means. You have to take your gadgets to reception so they can set them up for you.

We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better.
