I had an amazing stay at the W San Francisco! From the moment I arrived, the experience felt elevated, welcoming, and effortlessly stylish. The hotel has such a fun, sophisticated energy and is perfectly located for enjoying the city. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to relax after being out and about in San Francisco. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was vibrant and upscale without ever feeling stuffy. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s the little touches and great service that can turn a hotel stay into a memorable experience, and the W San Francisco definitely delivered. Between the beautiful accommodations, great location, stylish atmosphere, and wonderful service, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the W San Francisco for a weekend getaway, special occasion, or simply a fabulous stay in the city. Five stars all around!

The ground floor is undergoing construction but absolutely no complains. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Hotel was under construction during our stay and the main lobby was closed off. This included the main lobby bar. The bar had been relocated to the second floor lounge but felt very awkward and out of place. The whole experience would have been palatable except that I was not notified of this until a couple of days before my trip. Which made me feel like I was set up for a less than expected experience.
