Excellent front of house staff, despite not recognising/registering that we were to have free parking as part of the package. Good sélection at breakfast. Confortable clean room. Plenty of car parking available. We hope to stay again.

Nice hotel, friendly reception, good parking, lovely bed and linen. £27 for a glass of wine and double gin and tonic mind - fell off my chair!!!!! Poor experience with the food due to an onion allergy which got a bit unpleasant when it took over half an hour to deliver the missing pitta bread from the meal! It was about no onion not no bread! I really don't think it was me being unreasonable here - uncommunicative waiter that we had asked a few times about this got shouty! Manager told me it was what it was as the bread had to be warmed. After 35 minutes it appeared. There were about 14 people there and half had already eaten - no idea why they were so stressy. All handled very poorly and left a bad taste.

We were very well looked after by all of the staff - lots of our family and friends staying at the Voco, all enjoyed the service, rooms, food - well done to the entire team

Great hotel , Great staff, Pool small and only 90cm deep everywhere but good. Fridge in room not clean and had hair in it. Otherwise good hotel. great staff.

Disabled Traveller Review - We stayed in accessible room (101) which was very good. Massive room, plenty of sockets, a fridge, steamer, hairdryer, all excellent. The only issues we had was the bed was too soft, so hard to get in and out of if your mobility isn't good and the carpet is too thick to wheel a wheelchair easily around. The bathroom was great (so big we could have held a party in there!), but the floor is a real health risk, like a skating rink when wet and the toilet was way too low for a disabled toilet. However, despite my little niggles, it was easily one of the best accessible rooms i've been in and with breakfast included and access to the swimming pool, I will most definitely be back - just make sure you bring shower shoes.
