Everything about this hotel was amazing. Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff could not be nicer, more helpful or pleasant. They couldn’t do enough to help us. Loved this place, cannot recommend this place enough.

I don’t even know where to start, this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, everything was done before we even knew we needed it. Tey and the team know everyone by name making it so personal. The location is great. Facilities were 5*, on arrival we had a 3 hour spa package which was just fantastic. We had a sunrise tour booked and the team arranged a wicker basket with breakfast and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble, they even sprayed us down with bug spray in the evening. Could not recommend this enough, I would travel back just for this hotel.

I’ve travelled quite a lot and I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. In the amenities, every detail is thought out , the staff knows how to anticipate your needs and they do it with warmth and honesty. Our stay felt flawless! Thanks for everything !

Staff were attentive and welcoming from arrival to departure. Small touches like cold towels when I came back from a day of temple trekking made all the difference. I enjoyed the pool area which is beautiful and surrounded by greenery & made use of the Spa which was excellent. The restaurant had a variety of local and western dishes so easy to eat at the hotel and the neighbourhood has a lot of good options as well.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and refined down to the last detail, and the staff's hospitality is always outstanding. It is also in a very convenient location for sightseeing and taking walks. I love this hotel, the staff, and the city itself. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to this city. After over 40 years of travelling to a wide range of hotels across the world the service I received in the Viroth Hotel is genuinely my best experience. All the staff excelled, delivering world class service in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. I had high expectations due to the awards this hotel had won over the years and after sending 4 nights here I can fully understand why. My sincere thanks to all the staff, I look forward to returning again.
