The hotel room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to walk alongside the bed — it felt more like a bed with a room around it than an actual room. The soundproofing was also very poor. We could clearly hear noises and conversations through the walls. Fortunately, the guests in the next room didn’t stay up talking for too long, so it didn’t become a major problem. On the positive side, the lady who prepared breakfast was genuinely kind, cheerful and very helpful. I’m sure the other members of staff are equally nice, but we didn’t have much interaction with them, so I certainly have nothing negative to say about the service. Overall, it wasn’t just the room — the whole hotel felt rather cramped, with everything squeezed into a limited space. Having coffee available throughout the day was a nice touch and made up for the lack of coffee facilities in the room. If this were a lower-category hotel, I probably wouldn’t be this critical. However, considering that it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, my expectations were naturally higher. In my opinion, the facilities and overall experience simply do not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.

The location is central and the water and coffee is a nice touch. But the hotel itself is just okay. The AC is weak and the building is older, hot and tight. At its price point, it was a little underwhelming.

The hotel is only 15 mins drive from the airport and 4 min walk to Nice train station - also trams are close by. Excellent location. Friendly staff and very cute boutique hotel. Twin room is amazIng size for a few days but if you were staying longer it’s a tiny bit small. But loved it !! Vanity area, fridge, chair, bedside table, good hanging area, spacious bathroom, kettle & tea/coffee bits. Breakfast was included in our price - great selection- continental & cooked. Tea / Coffee/ Water free 24hrs. Daily cleaning- excellent time spent - thank you.

Room was tastefully decorated and bed very comfortable. Appreciated small fridge in the room, the soft towels, glass water bottles and unlimited access to tea, coffee and cold water (still and sparkling) downstairs. Continental breakfast on the first day was nice with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly. A handful of things made our stay less comfortable/enjoyable. The air conditioning is set to a maximum 7 degrees lower than the temperature outside so in the height of summer this wasnt particularly effective for someone who depends on a cooler room to sleep and relax after a day in the searing heat - air conditioning was a big decision factor in our booking process. The courtyard view was essentially the back of the hotel and looks across onto other peoples apartments - a bit dark and unkempt so spent our stay with the curtains closed not only to try and keep the room cool but also to not to be overlooked by the neigbours. On day 2 of our stay a big family group were placed in the rooms either side of us so it was fairly noisy with them going back and forth to each others rooms and the walls were pretty thin. Would have appreciated a handy guide in our room to highlight services on offer. Stayed for 4 nights and only noticed the stack of beach parasols on day three. Might not have paid for two days of beach clubs had I have known I could use these for shade instead. We may return in off season but sadly not in the height summer.
