There is an underground garage, storage, utilities and laundry service via automatic gates. On the first floor you have a spacious designer kitchen, dining area leading out to the patio, terrace table, sun terrace and pool, large living room leading to barbecue area with spectacular views of the gardens and the blue Mediterranean Sea.
