The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the amenities were perfect I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Sydney

Great location at an affordable tariff. Service was just OK. It could be noisy as the trains run underneath the building and I could hear next door's conversations at night.

Great views when booking superior harbour view room as opposed to a regular harbour view room as it is a higher floor overlooking Sydney harbour. Recommended

Seems to be very well run and comfortable. Not called "View" for nothing! A pleasure just to look out of the window. Only disappointment was the kitchen closed at 9.30 and that included room-dervice meals. Normally not a problem but our plane was much delayed and we arriveduch later than planned. Had to dine on the minibar nibbles.
