A wonderful stay in Munich This was my first stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München, and it will now be my go-to stay in Munich. The location in the center of the City is fantastic. The hotel has a wonderful combination of old-world elegance and modern comfort. What I appreciated most was the exceptional service. Everyone I encountered was friendly, gracious, and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. I especially want to call-out Aires at Reception. The attention to detail really made a difference. This is fully driven from the top-down by the GM, Holger, who I had the pleasure of meeting through a friend who lives part-time in Munich. And there is a cigar lounge for guests - with floor to ceiling filtration! While I did not have time for the spa, it is one of the top spas in Munich. My room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern and quiet, and the entire hotel has a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. It was also a pleasure simply coming back to the hotel after being out for meetings and hosting clients during Oktoberfest! Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I would very happily stay here again on my next visit to Munich. A truly special hotel and an experience I would highly recommend.

The hotel was a fantastic location and the room was very nice. I did find the staff (except from the front desk), a bit rude. We tried to have a drink in the lobby and they wouldn't help seat us and then when they finally did, never brought us menus or came to see if we needed anything. Then the next night we went to the bar, which has a special dress code, and a very similar thing happened. It felt a bit unfortunate for guests of such a nice hotel.

This is a top destination anywhere in the world. In the middle of the most exclusive street in Munich, with a top floor swimming pool and Spa. Top service, top food, and easy to move around Munich. 100% recommended.

I was there for a funeral from my best friend, unfortunately when I arrived at the funeral I noticed I left my wallet on the bed at the hotel … but I didn’t want to leave the church and come back to the hotel … I stayed for the eulogy and after lunch back to the hotel … to my surprise the wallet was still on the bed but some cash was taken … if you take it at least take all not just some … and it left a bad taste in my mouth … I didn’t complain because I felt it was my fault anyway leaving it out in the bed …. But I was still annoyed … what is 300 Dollars to me .. actually small change … would I stay again at the hotel … na …thanks

Would have given 5 stars but I left my wallet on the bed and when I returned 300 dollars disappeared… sure it isn’t a lot of money for me but it’s the principle of trust that disappeared forever to stay again …
