Everything was fine .. staff were excellent ! Aurore was just a superstar! They were very welcoming, polite and always ever so helpful. Food was okay .. was wow amazing. As a gym goer was rather disappointed with the options in the gym. Overall it is a good hotel and easy access to a public beach, super market and local amenities

Loved my stay here! We were in Mauritius for a week and stayed at 3 different hotels on the East, west, and southern coasts. Grand Baie Veranda was my favorite. The hotel is simply so beautiful from the moment you get into the parking lot. Very clean and the staff are amazing. I will never forget one of the staff members taking the time to clean my wound when I stubbed my big toe walking to dinner. That was so nice. The food is also great and I loved the gift shop. Found reasonably-priced souvenirs to take home with me. The room was great, my only qualm with it is that there are too many light switches. Otherwise, very spacious and well-decorated. Loved waking up to the sound of birds serenading us on the balcony each morning. The hotel and the surrounding area are also pretty lively. Many dining options within walking distance.
